SAP Customer Checkout | Quick Service UI |Customer Creation Duplication

Hello Experts,

In the Quick Service UI, Customer is getting duplicated even though checkbox for the duplication was being enabled.

Is there any particular checkbox to check in the new version?.

Version 2.0 FP 11 PL02.

This is a feature gap between the old and the new UI that yet needs to be closed by us:

• For the old new UI the customer duplicate check works
• For the new UI this feature is in our development backlog

Thanks for your response.

Is there any due date or will it be catered in the next patch release?. Since the data is getting duplicated in the live environment it will be very hectic to manage the loyalty and other in the retail.

While we cannot make any commitments when it comes to delivery of features one thing I can say is this will not be shipped as part of a patch in the current Feature Packs FP09, FP10, FP11. If the feature comes, then it will be in a FP12 or higher.

The duplicate check for customer data is not deploy yet for the new UI.

This functionality gap is already known and it is in our development backlog.

You may consider to post it in our Influence Channel.
