SAP Customer Checkout Monitor Restoration

Hi guys,

Our client uses SAP Customer Checkout with the SAP Business One as a back-end system. And recently we've faced problem with the Integration Framework and reinstalled it. Now everything is fine around B1IF .
Same time, it seems like new B1IF and new scenarios means also new CCO monitor. The fact that we have INCONSISTENT receipt left in the old CustomerCheckout DB, I tried to connect it to the newly installed scenarios. But it couldn't be connected. It shows "localhost:8080 says error" message box and loads endlessly.

Is there any other way to properly recover it?

What should I do?

Hello Baigalmaa,

Is the connection of the CustomerCheckout DB working fine?
Test the connection in the B1if > SLD

Are the B1if Customer Checkout scenarios in the same version as before?

You can try to update the scenarios to the latest version and check if it solves the issue. Refer to the SAP Note #2163033 for further information.
