Dear Experts ,
Recently an inquiry came from a one of our customers whose having cafe's and Minimarts . So one of there minimart has two pos machines and when do sales from those checkouts most of the transactions are stuck in the sap customer checkout monitor not posting to the SAP business one Hana backend and when checked those inconsistent entries , error message displays as below ,
004 - SQL Error (
0010000108):
SAP DBTech JDBC: [339]: invalid number: Failed to parse constant EA
Sap customer checkout V2.0 FP18 PL16
Sap business One V10 Hana FP2111
So if anyone of you can give us an advice to overcome this matter , It's greatly appreciated .
Thanks on advance .
Best Regards,
Tharindu

Hi, I have not seen this error before but maybe "EA" refers to the unit of measure of items and could be an error related to its configuration in CCO or SBO.
In the context of a POS "EA" could refer to "Each". This is a common unit of measurement used to count individual items. For example, if you are selling loose products like cans of soda or chocolate bars, the unit "EA" would indicate that each item is counted individually.
