Hi, I have not seen this error before but maybe "EA" refers to the unit of measure of items and could be an error related to its configuration in CCO or SBO.

In the context of a POS "EA" could refer to "Each". This is a common unit of measurement used to count individual items. For example, if you are selling loose products like cans of soda or chocolate bars, the unit "EA" would indicate that each item is counted individually.

Hi Ricardo , Your response is really great . And your guess was really helpful and we were able to find the issue for the given error message using your suggestion . Yes it's all about EA . When creating Articles in Sap customer checkout manager EA had been inserted as the UOM but in SAP Business One there is no UOM called EA . There for in the inconsistent entry's item details need to remove the EA from quantity type code and then the error removes from the entry . So Thanks a lot for helping our matter and Appreciate your intention to support us . Thanks and Best Regards, Tharindu .
