SAP Customer Checkout Loyalty management setting for Customer locked

Hi,

We are using customer checkout for a customer and are in the process of setting up the loyalty programme. But we are not able to make the loyalty management setting for the customer as it is showing the error .'password locked'. Kindly assist me in this issue.

Hi Bala,

Thanks for your help--I was able to unlock.But when I go for loyalty management settings for the customer the following error shows..No corresponding identity provider.......I am attaching the image..

Please replace the IP address with 127.0.0.1 or localhost

Hi Bala,

When I try to open the browser for resetting the manager password, I am getting http error 403. I am attaching the error page image.Kindly help.

Hi,

It will only work at the SAP CCOm machine which means you should use 127.0.0.1 as IP address.
