SAP Customer Checkout login issue *URGENT*

Hi Team,

I am facing a issue in SAP CCO while login into client system.

When I open SAP CCO, it get stuck in the command prompt.

SAP CCO was working fine in the system till last week.

I have attached the screenshot of the error.

It looks like the class org.apache.derby.jdbc.EmbeddedDriver is not found during start up. Perhaps due to a wrong reference somewhere in the \cco\conf folder.

To solve the issue:

1. Move the folder C:\SapCustomerCheckout to another location or rename the folder, e.g. C:\SapCustomerCheckoutOLD
2. Create a new empty folder C:\SapCustomerCheckout
3. Copy 3 files from the old to the new folder: ENV.jar & run.bat & version.txt
4. In the new folder execute the file run.bat
5. As soon as CCO started up in the initial configuration screen fill all the fields and passwords in the same way as in the old CCO (make sure to enter the same DB password as before)
6. Shut down CCO after it restarted
7. Go to the old folder and copy C:\SapCustomerCheckoutOLD\cco\db
8. Paste and overwrite to C:\SapCustomerCheckout\cco\db
9. Start the new CCO again, it should now start containing all data from the old database

Dear deepak.ramesan,

This can happen when the CCO database is already open in another instance. You can check if there is a second command prompt open. Or perhaps the database is open in another application (SQuirreL database viewer for example).

You could also just try a restart of this machine.

Hi,

I restarted the system & and at this client system... There is no sap cco running at this point of time.
