SAP Customer Checkout Keyboard for search items or customer

Hi Dear Experts.

When we log in pos cco all the messages in pos screen are translated to the operator language. This is OK, but when we use the item search or custom search the virtual keyboard is not the appropiate for the operator language.

what is wrong in my environment?

Hi Raul,

I have tested this topic and it appears that the virtual keyboard remains with the German letters even when changing the system to another language. If you would like to see this change in a future release, I would suggest to open an improvement request on the CCO influence channel :
