Hello,
I am trying for a long time to configure the Customer Checkout in order to integrate with SAP Business One. I have followed the instructions based on the documentation provided, used the credentials of the B1iadmin user in Integration Framework, but the connection test fails. What could be the problem?
I am including a screenshot with the relevant configuration.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Request clarification before answering.
Please try to create new user in the b1i integration framework
Tools --> Control Center --> Configuration --> User Admin IPO Step - Create a new User
Helps?

Hi Nick,
do you activate the szenarios in B1i?
Where is the integration server running, e.g. private cloud, ... ?
Do you check the firewall settings?
Can you provide us the log files?
Best regards
Tobias

I have followed the article, just in case, but I still get the same error message:
"
You couldn't be authenticated! Please check your user name and password (Your SAP B1if user will be locked based on your password policy, if you try too often to login!)"

The user B1iadmin is not locked and has administrative role

Hi Anderson,
I can log on to the Integration Framework with b1iadmin. The problem is when I am trying to log via CCO or if i compose the entire url CCO tries to access and try to view it via browser. Any ideas what may be the problem?

Hi Nick,
You should be able to access the B1 Integration Framework via browser, probably the user is locked. Refer to SAP Note 1556041 to unlock /reset the password.
If you are able to access the B1if via browser, then, check if the connection between the Customer Checkout and SAP B1 works fine.

I forgot to mention that the scenarios have been activated in B1i, so it's not that

Hi Tobias,
Everything is located on my laptop (SAP B1, Integration Framework, Customer Checkout). I am trying to configure everything so that I can learn the product for project purposes.
There is no firewall or anything like that. I supply the B1iadmin credentials (which I have verified that they are correct) but still they are not accepted through cco.
In addition, when I compose the entire url and try to access it via a browser, the credentials are not accepted.
Please find attached a screenshot of what the cco gives as feedback. What am I missing here? I can see an 401 type issue but I am definitely sure it is not because of the B1iadmin. What else should I do or check ?
Many thanks
