SAP Customer check out CCO receipt synchronizing error

Hi All,

Please find the below error screen showing while synchronizing receipt from cco .Please support to fix the below issue.

error message

:error while sending receipt data:java.lang.IllegalArguementException:An instance of a null PK has been incorrectly provided for this find operation

Hello manu_2017,

This error was fixed some time ago (Feature Pack 05 Patch Level 02). I wouldn't expect this error in higher versions. What is the version of the affected CCO + CCO manager?
