sap CRM WebUi: PSFU Service Request Edit mode when expand any assignment block.

Hi Experts,

we have two different roles,

Role 1: ZPSFU_X open role in webui and search on PSFU service request then click on service request, it display service request details when click on any assignment block the entire Service request will be in editable mode.

Role 2: ZPSFU_Y other role it works fine when click any assignment block the service request will be in display mode and not in editable mode.

what could be the reason and where should i check? Please suggest.
