Hi,
I have a question on service confirmation status and DMR creation.
We have service scenario implemented. We are using ECC for billing. We marked the service confirmation item category as "External Billing"
As per standard SAP, the DMR in ECC is generated when "service confirmation" in CRM is set to status "Complete".
Our requirement is we want DMR to be created in ECC as soon as "Service confirmation" is created in CRM. Is it possible? I do not see any configuration in CRM and ECC to achieve this.
