Hello Gel Gor,

I've got it. First of all, your service order must be assigned to a subject profile in the definition . Go to "Define Transaction Types" , select your service order type. There must be a subject profile.

Afterward, the catalog can be updated in two different ways

- INDIRECTLY : If your subject profile is assigned to a Categorization Schema, the the Z002/Z02 will be assigned to the categorization and update with this categorization

- DIRECTLY : if your subject profile is not assigned to any Categorization Schema, then you can activate the Assignment block BTSUBJECT

As far as I know, this is the way to update the catalog.

Best regards

Silvia

Hello Gel Gor

you didn't answer my question. Transaction CRMD_SERV_SLA has a field called CATEGORY. This field is set by default when the service order is created.

Look at my attached file with the values that I have in my system. Are they the Categories that you want to use ?

Hello Gel Gor

when you're speaking about Category, what Category ? I mean, there are several fields called category 🙂

Do you mean "Multilevel Category" ?

Best regards

Silvia

Merhaba Silvia,

I want sla by category.

1-CRMD_SERV_SLA - this ok

2- Define SLA Determination Procedure - this ok

3- I added the date time date rule
