SAP CRM Pricing Condition download error

Hi,

I have some materials in ECC with one sales org. the pricing condition records from ECC to CRM are replicated fine.

now after extending to new sales orgs, the materials are getting downloaded with new sales area properly. however the new condition records for the corresponding sales areas are not downloaded. when looking at the SLG1 log errors, here is what i see.

Inconsistent Data in Scale Structure for KNUMH 0000357847 KOPOS 01; KZBZG Init.
Message no. CND_MAP341
The condition record copied from the OLTP is inconsistent. Although a scale exists, scale base type KZBZG in table KONP is initial.
System Response
The condition scale cannot be copied.
Check and correct the data in the OLTP System.

I dont see any difference in the condition records. I mean the new condition record looks exactly same as old one which was working fine.

Any help is appreciated.

More information necessary to help.

I suppose you are comparing two conditions with the same condition type and condition values, scales, etc, for the same material, but just for different sales orgs?

Did you try, e.g. in test system, to create the two almost identical conditions with scales in VK11 and the result was that only one condition was replicated properly and the other one resulting in the described error?

Yes, country specific condition records for the same condition type (diff sales orgs)
