SAP CRM outgoing Email to outgoing email follow up not working ?

Hi ,

We have copied the standard 0005 transaction type - outgoing email and created a Z TT and we have configured in copy control for the follow up settings.

In WEB UI when we try to create a follow up it throwing exception error BSP page error.

Can some one let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi All,

We have found out the reason for the exception error "When trying to create a follow up from Outgoing email make sure it has any reference objects selected.
