SAP CRM MARKETING Facebook campaigns

Hi, we have Sap CRM marketing (the old one) and we woant to know if can this solution proceed a facebook capigns, we know that it is possible to do mail or sms capaigns but what about the social media campaigns, is it possible in this version or should we buy Sap Marketing (formerly knows as Hybris marketing)
