Hi,
I have a requirement where I need to uncheck the "Used" Contact log sub categories from SAP CRM, so that I can remove the subcategories which are not in use any more. Please note that client dont want to clean up old contact log from customers, but only to remove it from further use.

Is contact log related to a transaction type? Do you have any screenshot showing these sub categories?
