SAP CRM-Change History for AET field displaying Key instead of Value(text)

Hello,

We have several custom fields in our system which are as drop-down fields in the UI and have a Key-Value pair. Such fields are also marked for change document. However, for these fields the change log is showing the Key instead of the Value which is difficult for the users to understand.

Something else needs to be enabled or changes in order to display the text values instead of the key?
