Hi everyone,
we have the topic that a customer change there name. Because of legal requirements, we have to create a new account. But now the sales organization want that all contacts go of course to the new account. If the customer is small they can do it manual but, with more than 100+ contacts, it is a lot of work. It is not more than a switching of the relationship from one account to another account.
Does someone have here a solution ? Can we maybe use the account merge ?
