SAP CRM 7.0 Loyalty management / scheduled tier evaluation

Dear all,

I would like to ask for help with creation of scheduled rule in Loyalty program. Dynamic attribute is created and assigned to Loyalty Program. Its value is increased each time the earning potential activity is done. In the end of the week I want to schedule rule (trigger is date /time), that will check 2 Conditions:

1. dynamic attribute > 0

2. basic Qualifying Points > xyz (e.g. 1000)

Action:

1. Change tier from Normal to High

2. Reset attribute count

In job simulation it works, but I cannot see the rule in LOYD_LPE_SRULES table. Also I cannot find if the scheduled rule will run.

Note: in WEB UI during the reward rule creation it pushes me to fill both scheduled and alse "normal" reward rule. I chose to create them both the same (same conditions and actions).
