SAP Contact Center WebRTC settings

Hi, colleagues.

Currently, we implementing SAP Contact Center Communication Panel.

We are using SAP CC 7.0 SP 16 with AudioCodes Mediant 1000.

There is no documentation or any information about what kind of settings we have to do in SAP CC to reach WebRTC and SIP proxy.

We have setted Web socket SIP Proxy in Agents VU

In addition, we configured trunk for WebRTC

But we still not able to make a call from CP:

In browser inspector, there are no attempts to connect Web socket SIP Proxy.

There are any additional settings that we have to do?

Im also having the same problem, i have done above settings as mentioned , still cannot attend the incoming call nor make outbound calls.

Need support on this
