Hello,
Yesterday we started Summer Time in Europe.
Our customer complained today at 8:15 in the morning that CC is not transfering calls to operator.
Time zone for P_consultant queue looks ok, but still it does not work as expected.
We are using Time zone Europe/Ljubljana. If I change it to Europe/Istanbul it will work fine since it is 1 hour forward.
Workaround it was that I changed working hours from 7:00.
Did you observe the same problem somwhere else maybe?

yes, about 2 weeks ago SAP "silently" released an OSS note with hotfixes for various versions :-):
2901620 - New Daylight saving time changes for 2020 are not reflected in SAP Contact Center environments.
