SAP Contact Center (BCM). Predictive dialer

Hi colleagues.

We are trying to setup predictive dialler by Sytel (Sytelco). We had installed Sytel and created new dialler in SAP CC, but our campaign not working. We are receiving error in CTI - "OB Campaigns: Agent removed - Calling time for campaign not started". But there is no any time interval limitation was't set in SAP CC.

May be we need to make additional setting in Sytel?

Somebody have experience in this?

I would recommend to discuss with support about this - please create an incident.

In general the error "Calling time for campaign not started" sounds that no start date is defined for campaign or the campaign has not been set active yet. But like said best way to get this solved is via incident, they can follow up.

ps. latest cloud release has builtin predictive dialer and the same is planned for upcoming FP17 release. There you would not have integration issues and you would not need to pay extra license cost for other software. FP17 is planned for mid March.

FP17 planned release to customer is mid-March 2021.

Hi Juan,

there has been some challenges at both sides and therefore the release has been delayed.
The information I have currently is that we are very close to publish the FP17 on SAP marketplace.
