SAP Contact Center 7.0.12.0 - Switching Route for a for a specific destination number (BNUM)

Hi Experts,

As a requirement of our client we need to route outgoing calls as follows:

* if the destination of the call is 4 or more digits, it must be routed by a specific trunk (external supplier company).

* If the destination of the calls is 3 digits, it must be routed through SAP-CCtr, that is, through a Sip Trunk pointing to another SAP-CCtr' Sip Bridge.

These 3 digits correspond to queues in the destination CCtr, each of the CCtrs has a different rang for the queue numbers (example: Salvador: 800-899, Nicaragua: 700-799, Costa Rica: 500-599 and so on). This is done from a custom IVR in each country and all calls arrive at each IVR from the same number, for example 9740 (a different number for each country).

There is some way to manage it from a switching route with a specific pattern?.

Thanks in advance,.

Sergio.
