SAP Commerce migration from 2005 to 2205: First time login on the backoffice the process loader take

Hello,

I'm facing an issue during migration of the SAP Commerce solution from 2005 to 2205.

When I login the first time on the backoffice using admin user, the first load takes too much time. The backoffice shows processing icon and I am not able to navigate until the process ends. For other users it seems to working fine.

I have attached images to see the issue, we can notice that there is a request to zkau endpoint and takes times to complete, also the JDBC log shows that there is too much similar queries request to the database.

I did not see errors related to this issue on the console.

Does anyone know what is the problem and how I can resolve it.

Any thoughts, any assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Are the other users also using the Admin user?

Only one user uses (Admin user) with respective rights and the issue occurs. For others users who are not Admin it seems to work fine.
