I was going over SAP OPP integration with the SAP Commerce platform ( link provided below ). While going over the link, I see the note from the SAP side, where they have called out some features of promotions ( such as coupons ) are not supported as part of OPP integration ( paragraph copy-pasted below). So wanted to understand this is really not supported or there is a separate process to turn on this functionality.

The following promotional features are not supported with the integration of the promotion pricing service into SAP Commerce:
- Coupons
- Loyalty points
- External action
- Customer card
- Promotions on article hierarchy nodes
