SAP Commerce help pages at help.sap.com are not accessible. Trying to access an SAP Commerce help page at help.sap.com results in endless loading e.g, try accessing any of the pages mentioned below:

Apologies for not replying sooner (vacation). It appears that there was maintenance activity this weekend that made some content unavailable for a period: https://saphelp.hana.ondemand.com/system-status.html

Thanks, @ for the information. I can recall that when there was just wiki.hybris.com, the downtime used to be scheduled and informed using a maintenance banner from at least a couple of days till the completion of maintenance. But I haven't seen this feature on help.sap.com and therefore whenever downtime occurs at help.hybris.com, users keep guessing about the time when the website would be functional again.

I'm afraid that we do not have a solution yet. They are continuing to investigate the issue. I do not know when the problem will be resolved, but will post here as soon as it is.

Is there any resolution provided for this? I'm not able to access majority of the pages.. is there any kind of upgrade /maintenance activity going on?
