SAP Commerce Cloud with S4 - Replicating Business Partner Master Data

Hi there,

I want to replicate the business partner master data from S4 to Commerce Cloud.

Most of the things seems to be working fine, B2BUnits are beeing replicated and also some of the related B2BCustomers.

But sometimes I get the error "Item referenced by attribute [sessionLanguage] in [B2BCustomer] item does not exist in the system. Cannot create referenced item for this attribute because it is not partof or autocreate for the item that it belongs to."

My Problem is, I don't know, where I can look up these sessionLanguages or where to maintain them for the Customer in S4.

Does someone knows about this attribute?

Hi,

I would try to check what is the value of sessionLanguage that is sent from S/4 to Commerce Cloud in failing requests. It looks like you may not have this language defined in Commerce Cloud.

You can check the languages defined in the system using Backoffice.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Master Data" for this question, as Business Partner is a Cross Master Data.

Hi Fabio,

Just delete the sessionLanguage from your InboundB2BCustomer integration object in SAP CC.

If it requires, just mark it as Autocreate. You can use Integration UI Tool in backoffice.

That sounds easy, can you tell me what the session language exactly is for?

How could delete only this attribute?
And I can't set the isocode to Autocreate, would the fallbackLanguage could solve the problem?

Okay, so simple, I have to click on the B2BCustomer and not the attribute itself.
Checked autocreate and now it's working, thank you!
