SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud are different kinds of cloud offering. While SAP Marketing Cloud is a pure SaaS solution, SAP Commerce Cloud is not a SaaS solution. It's common for SaaS solution to offer trial usage but rare for non-SaaS solution. AFAIK, SAP does not provide trial usage of SAP Commerce Cloud currently and it's not there in the published roadmap (https://wiki.hybris.com/display/general/Roadmap) as well.
Note: There are 3-types of Marketing products from SAP - SAP Marketing on premise, SAP Marketing on HANA Enterprise Cloud (basically on-premise and hosted by SAP managed cloud services), SAP Marketing Cloud (pure SaaS solution). The SAP Marketing Cloud was built on a native SaaS approach leveraging S/4 HANA public cloud technology as well as the operations and services. As a result, you really buy into a service and not a product.
