SAP Commerce Cloud Subscription

Hello, I am trying to use SAP Commerce Cloud Portal (https://portal.commerce.ondemand.com), but I am unable to access it I keep getting; HTTP Status 401 – Unauthorized

we have used other S-User account has the permissions to create everything with our partner account. but it seems as SAP should automatically give us access if we have a subscription.

please, can someone point out to me how to get started on this, I really need to give this a try.

Maybe you don't have access to the SAP Commerce Cloud Portal; I can't access it either.
