SAP Commerce Cloud Backend access with MFA

Hello all,

maybe someone from the community can support on this.

The standard security settings (access SAP CC backend with IP whitelist only) does not fulfill the security requirements of our company. Also we use more and more dynamic IP, e.g. during home office.

Does anyone implemented a multi factor authentication in relation to the SAP Commerce cloud? If yes, how was this set up?

Hi Volker,

TFA is now supported on the cloud portal. When you invite a new user to the cloud portal, you can enable TFA authentication.

Unfortunately, this is only for Cloud Portal access. It does not add/enable MFA for BackOffice, SmartEdit, or HAC.
