SAP Commerce 1808: Integration API (OData) - Product duplicates

Hi,

We are using 1808 patch 14. The product data comes as a feed and we are using Integration API (OData) to import the product data. The middleware consumes this API and pushes the product data. The limitation of the integration API in 1808 is, for localization values to be passed in, the request should be resent with a different "Content-Language" value in the header. When the request comes one after the other, almost immediately, SAP Commerce creates a duplicate product in the same catalog version. For example, Product code: 1234; Catalog: productCatalog; version: Staged. I can see two products with the same values. This is causing issues with the subsequent requests as it could not find a unique product and the request fails. I think this is very specific to 1808 as there is no provision to send all the localized values in one request. Any thoughts how to resolve it?
