SAP Cloud version 2 blank page

Hi,
We got access to SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
After setting the password using the Tenant URL provided in the email, I encountered a blank page with no available content.

Click Settings, make a user with more rights and lock this down as per the on-boarding guide.

Hi, The onboarding guide does not contain any clear steps. Also, the only available option in the settings is "Users" and I have already created one, but it is not able to log in, showing an "Incorrect username or password" error.

Ok, I created a new user, and after they set the password, it shows the same blank screen with no content

Try reading what I posted above. It needs a role. After that you still need to go Settings. It's like starting a new website, there is not magically content there.
