SAP Cloud for Customer - Custom domain

Hello,
how can we bind SAP Cloud for Customer to a custom domain?

For example instead of using https://myXXXXXX.crm.ondemand.com the user would access C4C with the following url https://crm.mycustomdomain.com

By standard it is not possible to change the naming convention or standard that is related to the tenant URL.

You can use your custom URL but you need to ensure that this URL is redirecting to the correct SAP domains with the login details passed as input via some sort of authentication mentioned ,which inputs the details.

This customer has SSO with Google so (probably) the login won't be an issue.

Using my custom URL as you are suggesting will change the URL in the browser?

You can use a New url and then use that url to redirect to the standard C4C Url , you can refer to https://www.hostgator.com/blog/ways-redirect-website-url/ on who to check this
