SAP Cloud for Customer Business Analytics Dashboard

Hi

I would like to find out whether it is possible to add an additional filter when designing a custom dashboard in SAP Cloud for Customer under the Business Analytics WorkCentre. Currently, in the standard there are only 4 filters available and we have a requirement to add a 5th one.

It is not possible to add extra filter. SAP offers only four filters.

Hi,

As far as I can remember from my last projects it is not possible to add a new filter to these SAP C4C dashboard. Only those 4 fielters can be used for dashboard design.

Currently, from Analytics Framework perspective, it's not yet possible to include additional filters into the Dashboard design. Still, you may want to submit this as a new improvement request through our Customer Influence channel. Through this channel, you can request the new features for the new releases of the system:
