SAP Cloud for Customer - Attachments OWL

Good morning.

I am a C4C developer.

I had asked the following questions.

Problems like this were solved in different ways.

(It is judged that the attachment single upload component is not currently implemented.)

I would like to download an attachment from the OWL screen.

You can see that the attached file exists in the row in the form of 'Clip' as shown below.

Clicking'Clip' does not cause the same action as download,

but no other event. Do you know how to download attachments directly from OWL?

Hi,

In standard owl it's not possible. Since this clip is just an indicator that attachments (one or more) do exist for the object in the line.

It seems that there is currently no function to download attachments from OWL.

I plan to run a test so that I can download the attached file from OWL without moving to the detail screen through QV.
