SAP CDP- Delete Activities from Customer Schema

Hi, 

I have a question regarding activities in CDP. Is there a way to delete activities from the Customer Schema? I am aware of an API call that allows the deletion of activities, but as stated in the documentation, it is only intended for removing activities saved to the profile. (see Screenshot)

My intention is to delete the activity itself from the CDP system. As we are currently testing the system's features, we have a few activities that need to be removed.

Hello @Htet,

I understand your query that you're currently testing the CDP System's features with dummy data.

• If you want to delete activities, you can use API to delete activities associated with profiles.
• In your case, as it's not relevant, you can create a SAP ticket to reset your Business Unit so that you can start fresh. Feel free to reply for further queries.

Thank you for your quick answer @KunalBansal . I understand there is an API to delete activities associated with profiles but is there still a way to delete it from the Customer Schema?(See Screenshot) If not, we will consider to reset the Business Unit. Thanks & Best Regards

Hello, I understand but afaik it's not possible other than Biz Reset.
