SAP CDC Identity Sync – Facing Timeouts, Network Errors, and Internal Server Errors During Bulk Impo

Hi Everyone,

I’m working with SAP CDC Identity Sync to import around 1 million records into the system. However, I'm encountering issues, including timeouts, network errors, and internal server errors. Below is the error message I frequently receive:

Error Message:
All retries failed with the following results:

  • Retry 1: Network error – gigya.importaccount (Error Code: 500026, Temporary internal server error)
  • Retry 2: Network error – gigya.importaccount (Error Code: 500026, Temporary internal server error)
  • Retry 3: General Server Error – gigya.importaccount (Error Code: 500001)

Additionally, the logs mention issues such as Internal Server Error (Error Code: 500000), DB error, and operation cancellations due to timeouts.

Has anyone faced similar challenges while working with SAP CDC Identity Sync for large-volume imports? If so, how did you resolve or mitigate these errors? Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
