SAP CCtr SQL Job take too long to finish or not finished

Dear Experts,

My SAP Contact Center OLAP database exceed the 4 GB file size limit, since then, the SAP CCtr was not able to process the Olap database, until we change the Dimension attributes to the compatibility level of '1050' to '1100', after that, the process came back to work fine, but now the job 'Reporting Data Transformation Process', take too much time to finished or did not finish and keep running and never end. (stuck in the step 6).

I would like to know if some of you, know more about it and how make the job come back to normal.

SAP Contact Center Version 7.0.15.0 All hotfixes installed.
