Hello,
We do integration of CCO with S4 HANA. Is there any possibility to validate the transaction when the customer is not selected? or a way around? As it is a standard API, we are unable to do any modification in the JSON of the receipt.

Hi,
Did you try set a minimal value (say 0.01) at "Amount limit for mandatory customer"?
Above setting is available at Functions >Configuration > POS System >Sales Screen.
