SAP CCO Monitor : (-10) Reconciliation difference must be zero before reconciling

Hello Expert,

In sap customer checkout monitor , I am finding issue

"(-10) Reconciliation difference must be zero before reconciling"

and receipt is in inconsistent state

Here is the scenario :

SAP CCO mapped with two currencies (EUR as base currency and GBP as foreign currency)

Receipt 1

Article A ; Unit Price EUR 50; customer paid GBP 50 ; change amount paid by cashier in EUR to settle the receipt by choosing option Payout by (EUR)

and complete the transactions.

Can any one help to solve this issue ?

There is only the screenshot of CCO settings. Please also attach the configuration of SAP B1.
How many documents are affected with this inconsistent message?

Dear Arun,

Thanks for the information.

Review the configuration of the decimal places for the currencies in the CCO (Configuration > Currency > Currency) and also in the SAP B1. And check if there is any difference between the number of the decimal places.

I tried to reproduce the issue in my test system but I was not able to reproduce it.
Please provide us the following information:

- Provide us some screenshots of your process
- What is the version of SAP Customer Checkout?
- What is the version of SAP Business One?
- What is the version of B1if scenarios?

What is the version of SAP Customer Checkout? FP07 PL02
- What is the version of SAP Business One? 9.3 PL05
- What is the version of B1if scenarios? 1.22.18
