SAP CCO Manager return items sync issue

Currently I am facing an issue related to the sync of CCO return receipt data record with CCO manager.

In CCO when you book a return against a receipt it store the relationship of sales items for original receipt and the return receipt in table named as SALESITEM_SALESITEM. This table data is not getting sync with the table of CCO manager as I need to this data to determine the Original receipt number.

Hello raveedriaz,

It is not implemented that the returned document ID is populated in CCO manager in the SALESITEM table. See KBA 3103850.
