Hello There,

I'm facing an issue with synchronizing items and discounts from SAP B1 to my CCO.

Customers, Users, Vouchers, Receipts are synchronizing.

Below the part of my log file where the exception came up

2020-09-17 17:36:53,358 [loadAllDTOFromExternalSystem] WARN com.sap.scco.ap.pos.i14y.util.AbstractDTOService - an exception came up while retrieving all MaterialDTO from ERP (BusinessOne) com.sap.scco.util.exception.XState: com.sap.scco.util.exception.XState: javax.persistence.PersistenceException: Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.7.1.v20171221-bd47e8f): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLTransactionRollbackException: A lock could not be obtained within the time requested

Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance

Hello Mohamed,

What's the version of the B1if Customer Checkout scenarios? try to update the scenarios to the latest version, see SAP Note # 2163033

Also try to increase the timeout parameter in the CCO > Configuration > Integration > SAP Business One

Anderson

Hello Anderson,

Thank you for your response.

I did what you proposed but I still have the same problem. I'm wondering that is due to my vpn bandwidth (which i can't increase), I'll try to bring this POS physically to the HQ and perform the synchronization on my local network and will let you know if it works.

Regards,

Mohamed

Hello Mohamed,

If the issue is still happening, I suggest you to open an Incident with SAP.

Hello Anderson,

As I said in my previous comment, I syncronized the POS in my local network and it worked fine so I think the problem was due to the connection.

Thank you again Anderson for your responses. I will close the thred

Regards,

Mohamed

Hi,

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am getting this same issue even when Syncing locally. There are many items, what would you suggest the time out time should be increased to?

Hi rosscawood ,

What is the version of the B1if Customer Checkout scenarios? If the scenarios are not updated, consider to update them to the latest version. See SAP Note #2163033

If you are facing time out issue, consider to increase them and try to run the synchronization again.

Regards,
Anderson
