SAP CCO integration to SAP S4H

A prospect who needs SAP S/4HANA with SAP CCO on the front end.

I need direct straightforward answers for the following, please:

1. Can CCO integrate directly with S/4HANA without Retail Solution?
2. If yes, how do they integrate?
3. Will there be limitations in the functionality? What are the limitations?
4. Is CCO manager required / recommended for the integration?
5. In case Retail Solution is required with S4H for CCO integration, what is the exact retail license BoM required for CCO?
6. Where can we find a list of supported functionality for CCO with S/4HANA?

please see my answers to your question:

1. Can CCO integrate directly with S/4HANA without Retail Solution?

No, an out of the box integration of CCO with S/4HANA is not yet available. Out of the box integration is only available with S/4HANA Retail.

However SAP CCOm offers open interfaces. With these interfaces you can integrate Master Data from S/4HANA via a Middelware, e.g. SAP PO/PI into CCOm. The API Documentation you can find with your CCOm installation <host>/<ccos>/api-documentation. Further CCOm offers the possibility to dispatch receipts, this can again be integrated with PO/PI and then posted e.g. as Sales Order to S/4HANA. As described above CCOm needs to be integrated on project base with S/4HANA

As there is no out of the box integration, the limitations depend on what is manually integrated.
