sap cco error SAP Note/KBA 2650591 is being updated.

Dear All,

We have recently done clod migration and after the we got the below error in CCO monitor.I tried to fix the as per the note but still we have issue.Also can anyone help me to find what is in the note 2650591, because the KBA 2650591 is being updated.i am not able to view .

DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail CCO
