Dear Manu,

Check if the Tax rate type code is registered and activated in the Customer Checkout on Configuration > Accounting > Tax Rates

And also check if the tax code is correctly assigned for this article.

Hello Manu,

  1. What is the localization of SAP Customer Checkout?
  2. What is the localization of SAP Business One?
  3. What tax code is defined for item number 123 in SAP Business One (screenshot of item master data / sales tab)?
  4. Have you tried the function Delete unused articles in SAP Customer Checkout -> About -> Data Reset?

Kind regards,

Gunther
