SAP CCO create new customer SAP byDesign

Hello all

We have SAP CCO connected to SAP bydesign.

Our customer would like to open customer on the CCO and then obviously that the new customer is created on BYD. But when pushing create new customer button on CCO, we get message that user has no right to create a new customer, despite user has admin rights.

Any ideas?

What's the exact error both from the frontend (UI) and the backend (console / log files)?

Your user / role needs to have the permission Create or update customers as shown below. By default the Administrator role has this permission.

It may be possible that central user management is switched off and in the CCO the user has a different authorization. Can you check the user permission in the POS (CCO)?

Nope. It's active

It is also weird that rebatte on the total receipts can't be created.
