SAP CCO 2.11 Specific Loyalty user point correction feature disappeared ?

HI,

We're jumping from 2.07 to 2.11. And so many things have changed, improved.
And the point correction for a single account feature is nowhere in the FP11. What it has is point assignment for all the accounts equally.

is it true? Can't we no longer add of subtract specific user's point?

API availability for this feature would be so awesome.

Hello baigalmaa

This feature is now placed within customer users in tab Loyalty account types. And also API for adding or substracting points is available since FP09.
