Sap CC Ivr cannot reach child element

Dear Expert's

I am trying to built an IVR which is calling one Web-service that provides more than one parameters. I cannot reach child elements. As i understand in Ivr there is no "loop" or "for" option. In below print-screen there is a web-service that i need to call. I want to check first "CounterID" and for that CounterID i want to play a prompt which say-as respective value (ex: if counterid =1 , value will be 300).
