SAP-CC Instal Custom Reports Issue

when I try to install from IA the standard reports I get the following error:

Folder name provided by user: \\WPB_SQL\c$\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS12.CRCCSAP01\Reporting Services

Install and setup WicomTranslator and translator.txt

Error occurred while copy from

C:\SAP\ContactCenter\VU\CR_Prod_Standard_Reports\bin\WicomTranslator.dll to \\WPB_SQL\c$\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS12.CRCCSAP01\Reporting Services\ReportServer\bin\WicomTranslator.dll ==>> Permission denied

Error occurred while copy C:\Program Files\SAP\ContactCenter\Translator.txt. Permission denied

The reporting services is configured by the guide.

Any help or advice would be most gratefully received. I've been banging my head against this for too many hours now !!
