SAP CC CDT will not load

We upgraded our Dev environment from 7.0.12.0 to 7.0.14.0. Now when I launch CDT it looks like its is going to load and it fails and IE crashes. I have captured the CDT logs and I get this error that seems to be causing the issue, but have not found any thing that I can look at around that error. Hope that someone on the forum has possibly seend this or may have some insight. I have spent a week looking at logs, certs, IE settings etc.

Hello David,

that is right, Java is not necessary for running CDT.

What is recommended after upgrade:

* Uninstall and then install all necessary workstation components. Install newer version over old one is NOT enough.

* Clear browser cache and there is one catch - in the Clear History popup of IE, on the verty top, there is by default marked checkbox, which prevent all clearing options being applied on bookmarked links (something like Protect data of favorites or something like this - my IE is not in English, so I am guessing, you see :-)). And I assume you may have CDT as favorite link...

I have installed FP14 and CDT runs without problem...

Regards,

Dawood

Java is used for SC, but do not think it is used with CDT. The CDT logs show this error, but can not find much about it.

12:41:44.049 [terminal.htm] [ERR] terminal_status -> (438) Object doesn't support this property or method 0

I have cleared cache and for certs as well.

You can check Java version to be updated.and clear the cache of Internet explorer for the previous certificates.
