Hi!
I'm trieng to create a rule which could count +30 days to the present date and time.
I've created new field with the same type - date/time in service ticket. Then I've created workflow rule update that field. Used formula for updating: Now + Duration (30 days). The syntax check shows OK.

It works. It adds 30 days for today's date. But it doesn't save the time, showing 00:00.

I suspect there must be something in brackets of function 'now'. I have tried RUS03 and so on, but the syntax check shows an error.
So there are two questions:
1. How to make the time counted?
2. What must be in brackets in formula for function 'now'?
Thanks in advance, Andrey.

Hello Andrey romanovsky
I have tried to use your formula as you show in the image, since just like you I have a request to update a date field with the same number of days, but in my case the message "Syntactic error in formula" appears.
It would be very helpful if you could indicate to me which is the correct way to structure the formula or what was the solution that you found to solve the problem that you presented.
